Our Rhythmic gymnastics classes run from early September till end of July. We are closed only on Christmas Holidays, 2 weeks, and Summer Holidays, in August.

We are happy to say that we are now accepting new participants to our Rhythmic Gymnastics classes that are running in three locations - The Charter School East Dulwich, Harris Girls Academy East Dulwich and in Forest Hill school.
We are opening new classes for girls in these age groups:
4-5-6 y.o , 6-8 y.o , 9-12y.o.

Dress code and appearance: 
- black leotard or T-shirt, black leggings or elastic shorts, white socks, half shoes
- long hair must be tide up into a ballet bun
- no jewellery
- no nail polish
Please arrive at least 5 minutes earlier before class.


Tuesday                      16:30 – 17:30 age 4 – 6 y.o. – Dance studio

                                    17:00 – 19:00 all (from age 7)- Sports hall

Thursday                    17:00 – 19:00 age 6 – 8 y.o – Sports hall 

                                    17:00 – 20:00 all (from age 7)– Sports hall


Saturday                     12:00 – 14.00 age 4 – 7 y.o.

                                    12:00 – 16:00 all (from age 7)- Sports hall


Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday –    17.00 – 19.00 – age 5 – 8 y.o.

                                                       17.00 – 20.30 – all (from age 7)

For Squad Level 1-2 :

Available only upon invitation from Inga Lusy – Head Coach.

Gymnasts attending these classes have to enrol for a minimum of three sessions per week (9+ hours). They will be preparing with one apparatus for local Level 1-2 competitions only. Gymnasts who make significant improvement will be invited to perform two apparatus.

For Squad Level 3 + classes:
Available only upon invitation from Inga Lusy – Head Coach. Gymnasts attending these classes have to enrol for a minimum of 4 sessions per week (12+ hours). They will be preparing for local, regional competitions.

For National and International competitions gymnasts must attend sessions every day (except Sundays).

  All hand apparatus which are supposed to be used at FIG sanctioned events shall have markings according to FIG rules. At FIG sanctioned events only FIG approved hand apparatuses shall be used.

Material: Hemp or similar suitable material Length: Optional for Senior and Junior Gymnasts 
Thickness: Uniform or reinforced in the centre. 
Shape: Both rope-ends, with or without knots. Without wooden-handle. May be wrapped with a thin non-slip material in a length corresponding to the width of a hand.

(The head of the clubs must be fixed firmly to the neck of the apparatus. It shall not rotate) 

Material: Satin or similar Material: 
Total length 7 m in one piece. The end at which the ribbon is attached to the cane is folded and doubled in a length of 1 meter ± 0.1 m. The ready-made ribbon has a total length of 6 meters, min. (5 meters, min for Juniors) 
Weight: 35 g. minimum, without the cane (30 g. min. for Juniors) 
Width: 40 – 60 mm 
Colour: Optional. Bright colour preferred. 
Gymnastic Ribbons Cane :
Material: Wood, bamboo, fibreglass or synthetics

The handle may be wrapped in a thin anti-slip material with a length of 100 mm max.
